Good

The location was nice and the property had pools and decent restaurants. It was perfect for a one night stay.

The check-in and check-out process took a while. It took over 45 mins of standing in line to get a room key and I had a similar experience checking out. There was no express key drop, I had to wait in line to leave.

Pool bar does not accept cash except for tips of course. Being lied to by staff on checkout, was told I had a charge of 300mx on missing wrist band. I had to go and get mine out of the rubbish. Obviously no change as I only returned 1 of 2

Bed and linens were good. Location on the beach was great. Nights were silent on the 26th floor

We were close to a high rise construction zone which was noisy during the day but we weren't in the room much in the day.

The price was right, but you get what you pay for.

Location was great. Food was okay. The pool was very pleasant.

Front desk staff was gruff. Not welcoming at all. Actually it seemed most of the staff was unhappy. Many disgruntled customers. Never a smile offered. Housekeeping knocked and walked into our room at 8:30 AM. She did not wait for us to answer door. Very rude and scary too! She needed to get it cleaned. So weird. Bathrooms by pool we’re filthy midday.

Beach was spacious. Resort great location. Room and bath very nice. Bed and pillows comfortable. Liked that room had a small fridge and coffee maker.

I was not given a map or any information about the property. Only got a copy of the beach and pool rules. Food at buffets was not so great and no other choices for breakfast and lunch.

We were in a bind. Hurricane Lidia had damaged our large Airbnb and needed to rebook 23 people at last minute. The resort was great for kids and offered beach, pools and all you can eat buffets. It was well located close to shopping and restaurants.

It was a difficult process rebooking 10 rooms. It took 4 hours in reception at 30+ degrees as the reservation manager Diego did not help at all. I had to do all the booking on Booking.com. I overbooked one person and tried to cancel the additional person but as it was already the booking date I needed authorization from the hotel which Diego blocked. So I ended up paying an additional 1095 CAD for this error. Thanks Diego, you were a real piece of work. Considering I gave the hotel roughly 20,000 CAD of business they were not helping or flexible in reversing the error. The rest of the staff especially Geraldo were very helpful and friendly. It is too bad that one person out of a very friendly and curtious staff left us with a poor experience

the hotel has a nice beach and great views...

-the food was horrible, -pool isnt like the photos and is unclean -they dont have good entreteinment -beverages too small whit very cheap alcohol

The place is nice the location is great but maintenance is much needed

Breakfast was good

The room I stayed in was nice of size but it need more cleaning the lights on the table stand had a lot of dust . There was a toothpick on the floor underneath the chair we asked for the room to be cleaned on Sunday and they did clean but we noticed the toothpick was left under the chair meaning it was not properly swept. The door knob made us feel unsafe and the lock to the sliding door was very difficult to lock.

Overall good. Since I had young adult daughters with me I think they would have enjoyed more pools

It was a good and relaxing experience overall.

The huge area where the hotel is located, with beautiful gardens and palm trees, and access to one of the best beaches in Puerto Vallarta city area. The brunch that was available in the restaurant, and in front of the beach. There is a mini-market conveniently located by the hotel entrance, so we did not need to get far for many everyday needs.

Booking advertised free wifi and there was one, but it was not very reliable. In Puerto Vallarta there is an excellent wifi service, but the one at the hotel Krystal is insufficient even in the hotel lobby. There was no coffee maker in the room, something odd for the accomodation price and category. The coffeemaker appeared only at the last day of our stay.

Older resort needing some repair. Clean, good food and service. Next to beautiful beach.

We liked the breakfast which was included in our package. The view from the 16th floor of the tower was beautiful. The resort is next in to the beach, and the beach is one of the nicest in that area. Nice pools, but the water is chilly. The food in the restaurant was good and the service from the employees was excellent.

The new building construction right next to our building was very disturbing. Constant hammering, grinding, all day. The rooms are aging. Not fixing problems. Shortage of towels for the pool. We feel the price we paid for two weeks was too high for the quality of the resort. The chairs on the balcony were very uncomfortable.
